HR Associates conducted a national search targeting senior leaders in artificial intelligence, health data, and health system innovation. The search required extensive market mapping across healthcare organizations, academic research institutions, and leading AI and data science organizations across Canada.

Given the emerging nature of the field, many potential candidates were not actively seeking new roles. HRA therefore engaged directly with recognized leaders in the AI and digital health community, including innovation leaders within major health organizations, and experts in applied AI across both public and private sectors.
