Challenge
The program required reliable operational administration to manage certification and testing processes and support a large community of regulated professionals.
HRA’s Role
HR Associates provides operational administration for the certification program, supporting activities including application processing, high stakes testing, candidate communications, records management, and coordination of certification activities.
Accomplishments included:
- Development and rollout of a modern document management system including the digitation of over 3 million pages.
- Supported the introduction of electronic forms and online payments.
- Achieving service level provider PCI DSS certification.
- Continuous operation of the program during COVID
