2018 OIP Feedback
Please read the following notes carefully before selecting a date and time below for your feedback session.
- As per the email you received, the feedback sessions will be conducted via telephone and will be approximately 10 minutes.
- If you are unable to make any of the times offered below, please DO NOT sign up for a session. Instead, please send an email to oipinfo@hrassociates.ca providing your availability and we will do our best to reschedule for a later date and time.
- If you have already signed up for a feedback slot and wish to change your time, you must contact oipinfo@hrassociates.ca to request a change. DO NOT sign up for a second slot, as it will be disregarded.
- Accessibility Accommodations: If you require an accessibility accommodation to participate in the feedback process, please email oipinfo@hrassociates.ca with more information on how we can support you during this stage.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation email to the email address that you provide on the form below once you sign up for your slot. Please ensure this email address is correct. Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive the email. If you still do not have a confirmation email, please email oipinfo@hrassociates.ca
