David Aronoff is a Senior Associate with HR Associates and President of Pareto Consulting Inc., with over 30 years of diverse experience in both the public and private sectors. He has held various executive positions with the Ontario Government, heading Ministry organizations responsible for corporate services, policy and program development, revenue, finance, treasury functions and gaming.
As a private consultant, David has worked with public organizations and crown agencies focussing on organizational renewal and alignment, business and operational planning, program review and evaluation, multi-jurisdictional and multi-ministry arrangements, funding and financial approaches, performance measurement, the introduction and/or amalgamation of new programs and entities, business and organizational process redesign, governance, accountability and reporting, shared administrative and financial services and relationship management, facilitated consultations and stakeholder engagement. He also has a practical familiarity with Government accounting, auditing and budgetary processes and practices.
David has extensive experience with transformational change and the development of staff and stakeholder engagement strategies, including participation and input session facilitation. In most of these assignments he was the project lead.
